These terms and conditions of sale apply to all purchases made through the website www.buymicrocement.com (hereinafter, the STORE).

Placing an order in the STORE implies the full and unreserved acceptance, by the CUSTOMER, of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale in force at the time of making the purchase.

These conditions will apply to both the order placed and future purchases, until new conditions are published in the STORE.

The interpretation and application of these conditions, as well as the acts that derive from them, will be governed by Spanish law.

Prices displayed in the SHOP are in euros and are valid except in the case of typographical errors. Prices do not include VAT in effect in Spain on the date of the order. Any changes to the tax rate will be automatically applied to the final price of the product. Offers and promotions are valid only when displayed in the SHOP at the time the order is placed.

If an invoice is required, the CLIENT must expressly request it by email. Only the issued invoice will be legally valid.

The CUSTOMER may make payment by:

• Debit or Credit Card
• Bank Transfer

In the case of payment by bank transfer, the order will not be considered accepted until confirmation of the payment is received from the bank, which usually takes 2 to 3 business days. Once payment is confirmed, the CUSTOMER will receive an order confirmation and shipment preparation will begin.

Refunds resulting from returns will be made using the same payment method used by the CUSTOMER.

The maximum period for submitting them will be 14 days from receipt of the return, and the amount will be visible in the CLIENT's bank statement within approximately 5 to 7 business days from the issuance of the refund.

The STORE reserves the right to modify its product catalog based on supplier availability, supply conditions, or potential product shortages in the market.

Offers will be available while supplies last and within the dates indicated for each promotion.

The images and descriptions of the products shown in the STORE are for guidance purposes only and do not constitute a contractual commitment.

The STORE has logistics agreements that allow for the delivery of materials within an estimated 24 to 72 hours. However, these times may be affected by:

•  Product unavailability
• High volume orders
• Packages that exceed 70 kg or 120 cm in height, width or length

In these cases, the CUSTOMER will be advised to contact a personal assistant at the STORE to assess availability, volume, shipping costs and delivery times.

Browsing the SHOP and adding products to the cart do not require prior registration. However, to make a purchase, the CUSTOMER will need to register as a user.

During the registration process, the personal data necessary to create the customer record will be requested, which will be processed in accordance with Law 15/1999, on the Protection of Personal Data.

Only people over 18 years of age may register. Through their user account, the CLIENT will be able to:

• make purchases
• View order history
• Manage addresses and payment methods
• Access potential discounts, offers, or promotions

In accordance with the Retail Trade Regulation Act and Directive 97/7/EC, the CUSTOMER has a period of 14 calendar days to exercise their right of withdrawal in distance purchases.

In case of withdrawal:

• The return shipping costs will be borne by the CUSTOMER
• The product must be in perfect condition, unused, uninstalled and in its original packaging.

The STORE will accept the return of merchandise in the following cases:

•  Exercising the right of withdrawal within the legal period 
• Defective product, in which case it will be replaced immediately.
• Failure to meet the reported delivery deadline
• Inability to fulfill the order due to causes not attributable to the CLIENT
• Shipping error on the part of the STORE

No returns will be accepted in the following cases:

• Customized products or products manufactured according to CUSTOMER specifications (such as microcement kits, cut mesh, etc.)
• Products purchased in person at a physical store
• Used, handled or tested products
• Products returned without their original packaging or incomplete
• Returns made outside the legal period of 14 days

Shipments made from the Homecret microcement store are delivered within approximately 48 to 72 business hours , except in cases of incidents or situations beyond the company's control.

Shipments within Spain are handled by the transport company TXT.

International shipments can also be made via TXT , after the buyer requests a shipping quote via email.

• Orders with a weight less than 70 kg They are delivered directly to the buyer's address.

• Orders weighing over 70 kg are delivered to the street level at the address indicated by the buyer.

In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal within the legally established period:

• The return shipping costs will be borne by the CUSTOMER.

• The CLIENT shall be responsible for any damage that the product or merchandise may have suffered.

The STORE will accept the exercise of the right of withdrawal only when:

• The merchandise is in the same condition as when it was delivered.

• The product has not been unsealed or installed.

• The product is suitable for sale as new.

• It must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition.

The STORE will accept the return of merchandise in the following cases:

• When the CLIENT exercises their right of withdrawal within the legal period of 14 days , fulfilling the indicated conditions.

• When the merchandise is defective , in which case the STORE will act in accordance with the Law on Defective Products , proceeding to the immediate replacement of the product with another of identical conditions and performance.

• When the merchandise is not delivered within the period informed by the STORE.

• When the STORE is unable to fulfill the order for reasons not attributable to the CUSTOMER.

• When, due to causes attributable to the STORE, the delivered product does not correspond to the one requested by the CUSTOMER.

In the above cases, the STORE will proceed to refund the corresponding amount.

The STORE will not accept returns in the following cases:

• Products made to measure or clearly customized according to the CLIENT's specifications, such as microcement kits, cut meshes , or other customized products, in accordance with Law 47/2002 on the Regulation of Retail Trade.

• Products purchased in person at a physical store . Returns are only accepted for online purchases.

• Tested or used products that cannot be sold as new.

• Products handled by the CUSTOMER.

• Products returned without their original packaging or that are not properly protected.

• Goods returned incomplete , whether in main items or accessories.

• Returns made outside the legal period of 14 days.
