Shipping

1. Delivery time

Shipments made from the Homecret microcement store are delivered within approximately 48 to 72 business hours, except in cases of incidents or situations beyond the company's control.

The store has logistics agreements that allow for the delivery of materials within an estimated 24 to 72 hours. However, these timeframes may be affected by product unavailability, high-volume orders, or packages exceeding 70 kg or 120 cm in height, width, or length. In such cases, we recommend contacting a personal store assistant to evaluate availability, volume, shipping costs, and delivery times.

2. Logistics partner

Shipments within Spanish territory are carried out through the transport company TXT.

International shipments can also be made via TXT, upon the buyer's request for a shipping quote via email.

3. Delivery method

Orders weighing less than 70 kg are delivered directly to the buyer's address.

Orders weighing more than 70 kg are delivered curbside at the address indicated by the buyer.

4. Shipping cost calculation

Product prices published in the store do not include shipping costs.

The shipping cost is calculated automatically when the user selects a product and enters the delivery address. This amount is shown in detail in the shopping cart before finalizing the order.

Returns

1. General terms

These return conditions apply to all purchases made through the Homecret online store.

In accordance with the Retail Trade Regulation Act and applicable EU regulations (Directive 97/7/EC), the customer has a period of 14 calendar days to exercise the right of withdrawal or cancellation for distance purchases.

2. Right of withdrawal

In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal within the established legal period:

  • Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.
  • The customer shall be held responsible for any damage the product or merchandise may have suffered.

The store will only accept the exercise of the right of withdrawal when:

  • The merchandise is in the same condition as when it was delivered.
  • The product has not been unsealed or installed.
  • The product is suitable for sale as new.
  • It is returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition.

3. Scenarios in which returns are accepted

  • When the customer exercises their right of withdrawal within the legal 14-day period, complying with the indicated conditions.
  • When the merchandise is defective, in which case the store will act in accordance with the Defective Products Act, proceeding to the immediate replacement of the product with another of identical conditions and features.
  • When the merchandise is not delivered within the timeframe informed by the store.
  • When the store is unable to fulfill the order for reasons not attributable to the customer.
  • When, due to reasons attributable to the store, the product delivered does not correspond to that requested by the customer.

In the aforementioned scenarios, the store will proceed to refund the corresponding amount.

4. Scenarios in which returns are not accepted

  • Products made to measure or clearly personalized according to the customer's specifications, such as microcement kits, cut mesh, or other personalized products, in accordance with Act 47/2002 on the Regulation of Retail Trade.
  • Products purchased in person at a physical store. Returns are only accepted for distance purchases.
  • Products tested or used that cannot be sold as new.
  • Products tampered with by the customer.
  • Products returned without their original packaging or that are not properly protected.
  • Merchandise returned incomplete, whether in main elements or accessories.
  • Returns made outside the legal 14-day period.

5. Refunds

Refunds derived from returns will be processed using the same payment method used by the customer.

The maximum period for processing them will be 14 days from the receipt of the return, and the amount will be visible on the customer's bank statement within approximately 5 to 7 business days from the issuance of the refund.

Terms of sale

1. General Terms and Conditions of Sale

These terms and conditions of sale apply to all purchases made through the Homecret online store.

Placing an order in the store implies the customer's full and unreserved acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale in force at the time of purchase.

These conditions shall be applicable to both the order placed and future purchases, as long as no new conditions are published in the store.

The interpretation and application of these conditions, as well as the acts derived from them, shall be governed by Spanish law.

2. Price

The prices published in the store are expressed in euros and are valid except for typographical errors. The prices do not include the VAT in force in Spain at the date of the order. Any change in the tax rate will be automatically applied to the final price of the product. Offers and promotions will only be valid when they are visible in the store at the time of placing the order.

If an invoice is required, the customer must expressly request it by email. Only the issued invoice shall have legal validity.

3. Payment Methods and Refunds

The customer may make payment via:

  • Debit or credit card
  • Bank transfer

In the case of payment by bank transfer, the order will not be considered accepted until confirmation of the deposit is received from the bank, which usually occurs within 2 to 3 business days. Once payment is confirmed, the customer will receive order confirmation and shipment preparation will begin.

Refunds derived from returns will be made using the same payment method used by the customer. The maximum period for processing them will be 14 days from receipt of the return, and the amount will be visible on the customer's bank statement within approximately 5 to 7 business days from the issuance of the refund.

4. Products

The store reserves the right to modify its product catalog based on supplier availability, supply conditions, or possible product shortages in the market.

Offers will be available while supplies last and within the dates indicated for each promotion.

The images and descriptions of the products shown in the store are for guidance purposes only and do not constitute a contractual commitment.
